We have 8 years experience in providing communal cleaning services to property management agents. We are currently responsible for the communal areas of nearly 100 properties throughout Sussex. This is due to our dedication to providing a first class service to our customers. We believe that we are the eyes and ears of our clients whilst on site. Not only will we clean the property for you, we will also weedkill and litter pick the grounds, sweep any car park and pavements, inform you straight away if there are any issues found on site such as faulty fire alarm panels, fire hazards caused by bulky waste in the corridors, and whether there is any damage to the property. We also have a great rapport with the tenants and freeholders in all of the blocks we are responsible for, making us their point of call if any issues arise.
